Uses For Epsom Salt In The Home And Garden

Epsom salt has many uses of which most people are not aware.

It can be used for a good natural scrub, a natural relieving agent for sunburn and bug bites, a treatment for houseplants, in the garden or just a nice way to ease aches and pains in an indulgent bath.

For Growing Better Tomato and Pepper Plants

When planting peppers and tomatoes, dig the hole for your starter plant, place a tablespoon of epsom salt in the bottom of the hole, cover with a little soil, finish planting. The extra magnesium helps the young plants thrive.

Epsom salt also helps roses have brighter more vivid color blooms.
